Cancellation Policy
The salon provides courtesy confirmation calls to clients the day before their scheduled appointment in the salon. With respect for our team , we will be adopting a cancellation and/or no-show policy effective January 2009.
We are requesting a 12 hour notice is given if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for your appointments. Should we not have the opportunity to make our courtesy calls, you will be charged via our No Show policy.
No Show for Services Policy
We recognize that emergencies unfortunately happen and every once in awhile, we all forget something important. As professionals we value your time and our own, we request the same consideration... please recognize our 12- hour notice of cancellation policy. Deposits (via credit card) may be required for clients having excessive "no-show" service history.
