Maia Lynd started her holistic business “Celebrate Your Light” in 2002 and now runs a private practice both at Susan’s Fine Salon and at a wellness center in Guilford, CT. She conducts both private sessions and workshops.
Maia aim to assist people in living a fuller, more authentic and balanced life through the use of Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Shamanic Practices.
Through these venues and by creating a safe space Maia facilitates a process whereby her clients can come into alignment with their own inner source of strength and of wellness.
It is from this place that people find themselves able to overcome obstacles such as, but not limited to:Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Weight issues, Smoking, Alcohol abuse, Phobias, Feeling loss of a part of self.
Maia has found that blending energy work, (Reiki), together with consciousness work, (hypnosis), is most effective in helping people find the healer within themselves.She can be found at Susan's on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
